What could be better than mixing a 100-proof Wild Buck Whiskey with a 150-proof Ryes-in-Shine Moonshine?
This will quickly become a favorite Wild Buck Whiskey Cocktail Recipe!
INGREDIENTS (Two Servings)
3 ounces Wild Buck Whiskey
2 ounces Ryes-In-Shine Moonshine
1-1/2 ounce Jalapeño Simple Syrup (Monin Flavored Syrup, Habanero Lime, 33.8-ounce Plastic Bottle)
1/2-1 Tablespoon Sea Salt for the rim
Half of the lemon (juiced) (~2 Tablespoons)
One peach wedge
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the whiskey, moonshine, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake for 20 seconds until the shaker is very cold.
Dip a paper towel in the jalapeño simple syrup and rub along the rims of two rocks glasses.
Shake the sea salt in a circle on a shallow dish and dip the rims in the salt, coating them evenly.
Add a large ice cube and one peach wedge from the moonshine to each glass.
Strain the drinks into the two glasses.

In the old days, cowboys would come into town, belly up to the bar, and order a “Whiskey Straight”! They weren’t fancy folks. They knew you could only know that you were getting “honest whiskey” if you drank it “straight up.”.

However, concerning Scotland, this week’s cocktail is the #1 Scottish Scotch cocktail for 2021.
It’s one of the most famous Scotch cocktails: the Rusty Nail. This slow sipper became popular in the 1960s, pairing whisky with Drambuie, a Scotch-based liqueur. All you need is two ingredients, and you get lots of flavors: honey, herb, and sweet notes from the Drambuie and a spicy finish from the Scotch.

Four parts Scotch (Wild Buck Whiskey)
1 part Drambuie
1 Large Cube “Clear Ice”
DIRECTIONS:

It is traditionally served in an old-fashioned glass (also known as rock glass), which predated the cocktail.”

DARK AND STORY MERMAID
The Dark ‘n Stormy cocktail has become an iconic cocktail consumed on waterfronts around the globe. It was invented in the 1920s by British sailors experimenting with mixing Goslings Black Seal Rum with ginger beer that was also being made on the island to help the sailors combat seasickness. The drink was an immediate hit, and Goslings became associated with the drink ever since. Goslings even trademark the drink, so if a bartender mixes a drink using another rum and ginger beer, while it might be tasty, it can’t be called a Dark ‘n Stormy.
For this reason, we tip our hat to goslings and call our version the “Dark and Stormy Mermaid.”. All sailors love mermaids.
INGREDIENTS:
One highball glass, 1/2 filled with ice
One bottle of ginger beer
2-oz. NJ Spirits Distillery “Mermaid Rum”
DIRECTIONS:
Slowly Pour Ginger Beer into the Highball glass 1/2 filled with ice until ~2/3 filled

Inspired by vodka-based Sex on the Beach, we’ve taken those same ingredients and used moonshine instead of vodka…and I’m pretty sure you’re going to LOVE IT—literally! This will quickly become a favorite Moonshine Cocktail Recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
1-1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1-1/2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. “Ryes-In-Shine Moonshine”
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a Tall Glass with Ice cubes
Pour in all ingredients and stir
Garnish with an orange slice or two

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups crushed ice
1/8 cup white sugar
Two slices watermelon (remove rind)
1/8 cup lime juice
1/8 cup lemon juice
1-Shot “Ryes-In-Shine Moonshine”
1/4-1/2 cup lime-flavored carbonated Beverage
1/4-1/2 cup lime-flavored carbonated Beverage
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 40–45 seconds
Pour into a glass
Garnish with a slice of watermelon
