RUM DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL
Rum A daiquiri is a family of cocktails whose main ingredients are rum, citrus juice, sugar, or another sweetener. It is one of the six basic drinks listed in David A. Embury’s classic The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks, which also lists some variations.
INGREDIENTS: (RUM DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL)
- 1 1/2 oz Mermaid Rum
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
DIRECTIONS: (RUM DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL)
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes
- Shake well
- Strain in a chilled cocktail glass (no ice)
